We carve each pair of salad servers from reclaimed maple in the early stages of decomposition, then finish them by hand to preserve the striking contrast between light wood and dark spalting.

Each set is curved just enough to move through greens without bruising. They’re balanced to rest comfortably in your hand, and offered in three sizes to suit everything from personal portions to family-style servings.
