Welcome to M on the Square (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1) Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout.
2) Floral Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and availability can change, substitutions may be necessary. We will always maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. If a specific flower, container, or accent is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.
3) Delivery
We deliver to the areas shown during checkout. Delivery fees and available time windows are displayed at checkout.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed by 1:00 PM local time (subject to availability).

Delivery is made to the address provided and may be left with a doorman/reception/front desk or in a safe location when appropriate.

If the recipient is not available, we may attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender. Additional delivery attempts may incur an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses, gated access restrictions, refusal, severe weather, or recipient unavailability.
4) Special Instructions & Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (specific blooms, exact delivery time, etc.), but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.
5) Cancellations & Changes
To cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because floral products are time-sensitive and made-to-order:

Orders may be changed or canceled before they enter design/preparation.

Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
6) Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)
Because flowers and many gift items are perishable and/or made-to-order, all sales are final and we do not offer cash or card refunds.
If there is an issue with quality or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (photos are appreciated). When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
7) Pickups
If you select store pickup, please pick up during store hours. Unclaimed items may not remain fresh and may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
8) Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or used with permission and may not be used without written consent.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M on the Square is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, including delays or delivery issues outside our reasonable control.
10) Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
