The knives are perfectly weighted with 2.5mm fully tanged blades, handsome olive wood handles that fit comfortably in your hand and a bolster decorated with the iconic French Laguiole Bee. These elegant 10" knives in the connoisseur collection are larger, more substantial and more comfortable to use than other Laguiole knives on the market which is why they are used in some of the best steak houses in France. The 4 piece set comes in an attractive box making it the perfect gift for the steak and BBQ lover. Laguiole is a town in southern France where this style of knife was designed in the 1820s.
