Whats your return and exchange policy?

Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy. Shop items returned within 30 days, accompanying a receipt, and in sellable condition are eligible for in-store credit.

Floral arrangements are not eligible for return or exchange. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—if you experience issues, please get in touch with our team so we can make it right.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we happily offer next business day priority shipping for all floral arrangements. Nonperishable shop goods are mailed standard shipping, 5-8 business days, through FedEx at a flat rate of $15. Orders may be expedited when placed before 1 PM for an additional fee of $25.

Do you delivery flower arrangements?

Yes, we do! Please note that orders placed after 10am will be delivered next day.
